Sheridan Drilling is a small family owned corporation.  The company was started in 1980 in Bakersfield, California.  We had three drilling rigs that we ran until we sold them in 2001.  We have worked for most of the major oil companies in California, including Chevron, Shell, Texaco, Unocal, ARCO, and several independent oil companies, drilling over 3500 oil and gas wells.
